E-sign flow — Every agreement goes through a signing ceremony: each party receives an email, signs with a legally-binding digital signature, and gets a SHA-256 fingerprinted PDF copy stored in the company vault.
Revenue Sharing

How it works
- Revenue enters HYVV via Stripe webhook or manual entry
- The waterfall engine calculates each party's share in priority order
- Stripe Connect transfers fire automatically
- Every calculation is logged to the tamper-evident audit ledger
Configuration options
- Revenue base — gross, net, product-specific, channel-specific, or custom formula
- Payout cadence — real-time, daily, weekly, monthly, or threshold-based
- Cap — total payout cap per party (auto-stops when hit)
- Deferral — minimum cash reserve before payouts; deferred amounts carry forward
- Waterfall priority — drag-to-reorder, paid sequentially when cash is limited
- Buyout — company call option with formula (NPV, multiple, fixed)
- Tax withholding — auto-hold percentage before remittance; 1099-NEC flagged at $600

Daily Dividends
Instead of monthly checks, HYVV distributes each partner's earned share every 24 hours via Stripe Connect. Partners see exactly what they earned today, this week, and this month — in real time.
How it's different — Traditional revenue sharing pays monthly or quarterly. HYVV runs a micro-distribution engine that accumulates each day's earnings and sweeps them automatically. Partners get paid like they have a daily paycheck from every company they're part of.
