Do I have to form my company with HYVV?

No. Add a company you already own from your portfolio, enter who owns what, and choose a plan. If you want us to do the import, Concierge ($2,500) includes it with gap repair, and more complex companies get a custom quote.

Is a registered agent included?

Yes. Every paid Hyper Formation tier includes your first year of registered-agent service.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Switch any time in billing settings — the change applies right away and Stripe prorates the difference.
