It lives in your Stripe Connect account. We trigger transfers, generate receipts, and manage agreements. If HYVV disappeared tomorrow, your Stripe account, your customer payments, and your contributor agreements would all still be there.
Every payout writes a SHA-256 hash tied to the agreement clause that justified it. Append-only ledger. Tamper-proof at no extra effort. The audit trail is a side-effect of the system, not a separate compliance project.
HYVV takes 1.5% of revenue distributed via Earn Links — paid by the company, not the recipient. Contributors get their full share, on schedule, with a permanent receipt. Stripe processing fees apply on top, also paid by the company.
